Based in Singapore, Jonathan focuses on supporting Cargill’s digital strategy and innovation initiatives globally with a central focus in the Asia Pacific. He has extensive experience in helping corporates to successfully innovate and transform their businesses. Previously, as Head of Innovation at AXA Singapore, Jonathan nurtured successful partnerships with startups and launched profitable new economy insurance solutions. His work included testing potential applications of emerging technologies (including in AI, Big Data and Blockchain) to developing digital business models for Shared Mobility, Telematics and HealthTech.
As a mentor who has supported multiple accelerator programs, Jonathan strongly believes in giving back to the community. His goal is to help startups refine their solutions and value propositions to better align with the objectives and problem statements of multinational
