Upma Arora
General Manager
Upma is passionate about all things startups. After running her own food startup in London, she has developed a strong passion to create an ecosystem that can help startups grow, have a social impact, while still being profitable!
She has over ten year’s experience working in the public sector, delivering European Union projects and building lean operational processes for organisations. She loves reading, upcycling, sustainable eating, and urban farming. Currently, she’s trying to start new lives in her DIY hydroponics!

Muhd Ridwan
Community Executive (Operations & Facilities)
Ridwan is the ‘most-wanted’ man at LEVEL3. He takes care of our beautiful workspace and everything in it, from our members to our assets. He has a hand behind all of our successful events, and a solution for all our problems.
Ridwan has seven years of experience in customer service, including a stint as cabin crew aboard Scoot flights all over Asia. You can see it in his cheerful disposition and readiness to create experiences better for all our members and partners.

Shu Zhen Seet
Community Executive (Finance & Admin)
Shu Zhen is always up for a challenge, she is adaptive and eager to embark on new projects. Initially tasked with marketing and communication duties, she went on to pick up the admin and finance portfolio. Now she is everyone’s favourite loan shark, chasing rents and revenue from events. She has also been instrumental in finding, testing, and deploying digital tools that help create smoother experiences for all our members.
Outside of work, she is also a wedding makeup artist, dancer, and everything that makes the rest of the team question their own talents.

Azra Zulaikha
Community Executive (Marketing & Communications)
Azra helps LEVEL3 put its best foot forward, managing all the marketing and communications content LEVEL3 puts out. She creates original content for our members and drives participation for all virtual and physical events at LEVEL3. She also engages our wider community by managing content on our social media channels.
Azra began her professional journey with LEVEL3, having done part-time marketing stints in the event management and early childhood education spaces. She brings a positive approach and genuine curiosity to all her work.
Outside of work, she is a talented singer who has come in first in various singing competitions!

Tyra Ree
Community Executive (Events & Admin)
Tyra is the newest addition to the team but has already quickly acclimated herself to the spaces and the team. She makes sure both virtual and physical events run smoothly and approaches all projects with a positive mindset and eagerness to serve the community.
