Andrew is an experienced HR practitioner, with over 20 years’ experience, gained mostly in global MNCs. He has broad expertise across the spectrum of HR disciplines, including, Recruitment, Reward, People Management, Employment Law, Employee Engagement and Retention, Mergers & Acquisitions and Talent Management and Development. Prior to setting up ClickHR, Andrew led the setup of the digital division of one of Singapore's biggest insurers.
ClickHR was founded because of a fundamental belief that managing people well is the foundation of any good business, but many smaller businesses struggle to get their approach right.
