In the upcoming Founders’ Breakfast Club: VC Edition on 14 August 2018, we are honoured to have Jason Edwards, Partner at Qualgro as a special guest. Our LEVEL3 startup founders can look forward to his insights on how Qualgro approaches their investment in high-quality teams to build high-growth businesses.
Prior to founding Qualgro, Jason was the General Counsel of Clearwater Capital Partners, a multi-billion dollar private equity fund. He was heading a team of 6 lawyers and 2 compliance officers, and was analysing and advising on potential investments, acquisitions and joint ventures. He was also the first foreign lawyer to be admitted as a partner in Baker McKenzie’s Bangkok Office, and was named as a “Highly Recommended Lawyer” in the areas of Restructuring and Insolvency by Global Counsel 3000, 2003/2004 Edition and was highly recommended by Global Counsel 3000 in the area of Banking and Finance.
Qualgro invests at Series A and Series B, across Southeast Asia, Australia & New Zealand. They focus mainly on B2B, and look for great teams in these tech spaces: Data, Enterprise & SME SaaS, FinTech and other areas such as Education & Health.

The Founders’ Breakfast Club: Ventures Edition is focused on creating connections between VCs and LEVEL3 startups that fit their focus areas and stage of investment. Between 10.00am – 1.30pm, introductory half-hour advisory meetings are coordinated between LEVEL3 Founders/CEOs and a member of the Qualgro team. Click here to apply for an advisory slot.
