Lunch & Learn: 3 P's that Drive Effective Employee Engagement

Lunch & Learn is our new series that aims to educate and train our community about new trends, technological tools that shape how you think, and learn new professional skills!

The last thing on a founder’s mind is to map out a people plan when you are focused on the next round of funding or expanding globally. However, engaged employees are more likely to drive the kind of growth you are working towards.

Join Anne Caron, an ex-Googler, as she explores the following 3P’s and shares with us examples on how building and executing a proper people plan can actually help your startup reap a plethora of intangible benefits like up-skill your team, accelerate your revenue and market growth.

1. People:

  • How to build the right company culture from Day 1, that attracts and retains high performing employees.

  • How to evaluate your company’s culture at every growth stage.

  • What exactly a company needs to put in, in order to get the most out of your talent.

2. Processes:

  • Learn how to develop effective frameworks for performance and talent management.

  • Explore the pros and cons of hiring remote teams.

3. Performance:

  • Learn how to effectively utilise your team's strengths, reward excellence, and measure achievements.

Anne will share how she grew Google EMEA and APAC teams from a startup to the tech giant it is today.
