Anne Caron is a people strategy expert who helps founders create a lean yet high-performing team without compromising the authenticity of the startup’s original culture.
Anne was hired at Google in 2005 to build Google’s sourcing strategy in Europe. During her 10 year stint at Google, Anne built several teams in EMEA and APAC and successfully designed HR processes to optimize efficiency and productivity globally. Anne also leads the Xoogler (ex-Googler) Entrepreneurs’ Community for Singapore.
