As part of WOMAG’s ongoing efforts to advance diversity and inclusion in Asia, we are collaborating with Include Consulting and Padang & Co to empower leaders to recognize and implement evidence-based and effective practices to drive diversity and inclusion in their workplaces.

Why are we doing this?

Research has shown that inclusive leadership is mission-critical for organizational performance, especially with higher innovation levels being achieved as a result of inclusive team performances.

What will you learn from the program?

  • Recognizing the case for diverse and inclusive teams

  • Understanding and addressing our individual unconscious biases and privilege

  • Fostering psychological safety in our teams to drive performance

  • Advocating for equitable practices to transform your organization to become a diverse and inclusive workplace.

How will the program look like?

This program will be delivered across four sessions to ensure that you are set up for success in leading your teams and the broader organization.

How will these sessions be delivered?

Each session will last for 2.5 hours and be delivered via Zoom. The sessions will adopt an innovative, evidence-based approach paired with practical tips and actions.

What is expected of you?

This programme is focused on supporting your development as an inclusive leader. Hence, it is expected that you play an active role throughout the program by participating in all training sessions and keeping an open mind.

Championing Diversity and Inclusion is not just a nice thing to do, it is the Smart thing to do!

Despite many organisations' best efforts, female representation in leadership remains low and the wage gap high. Most interventions have focused on ‘fixing the women’ but to make real change we need to include men.

INCLUDE provides practical solutions to tackle gender bias in the work place with a specific focus on how to equip and enable men to be male allies.
