The Digital ASEAN Program, a brainchild of MUFG Bank, Grow Asia, and Yara, along with Padang & Co, was born with a vision to find and empower AgriTech startups with innovative solutions with the potential to help smallholder farmers across ASEAN improve their livelihoods, integrate better into value chains, and get access to formal goods and services like banking and insurance.

The Program is Asia’s first acceleration program dedicated to AgriTech startups.

We received over 100 applications and the top seven startups were selected to be part of the first-ever cohort of the Digital ASEAN Program. Over six months, these startups went through intensive mentoring, coaching, and on-site bootcamps to find opportunities to accelerate their growth. They are now working with our Program partners to run test pilots of their solutions across ASEAN.

Demo Day (30 July) is a celebration of this Program’s success and the incredible journey these startups have taken through it. Join us to hear from the startups as they pitch their solutions and tell you about their learning over the past six months. Our Program Partners will also share their experiences through this journey and shed light on what exciting developments we can expect to see in the near future.
