Singapore is touted as a food paradise with many food lovers. Ironically, we are also an alarming producer of food waste. In 2016 alone, we produced nearly 31,000 double-decker buses worth of food waste.

Fortunately, this socio-environmental-economic problem has begun to receive growing attention. Corporates, governments and civil society are increasingly interested in taking on the giant by exploring innovative solutions and technologies.

Sustainability is no longer an addendum and aspiration, but an active agenda. Join Preston as he shares with us the changing narrative of food wastage in our world.
